A stupid pet-trick project developed over a course of two weeks as a part of Physical Computing mid-terms. ShyCar explores use of sensors to create engaging interactions with physical moving objects.


ShyCar is a robot that moves, senses, responds & interacts with the physical world in a fun way. The robot uses proximity sensors and runs on two servo motors powered by a battery pack. ShyCar moves away from people as they try to come close to it & hold it.The intent of the project is to take a peek into new ways of engaging kids with toys. For once something would be scared of the kid and run away from them!
